Join Our Summer Internship Program

Our organization is cloud-based, so our volunteers can live and work anywhere in the world! We are looking for creative and passionate people who desire to make the world a better place for transgender and queer people. Use your talents to help us help them!

What You'll Do

This internship is made up of two components: practical experience and continuing education.
  • Practical Experience: Interns will rotate between hands-on experiences in nonprofit management, program development, social media and communications management, and fundraising.
  • Continuing Education: Interns will also complete our four hour Becoming An Ally training and write a 750-1000 word essay for publication in our quarterly magazine, Pathways.

What You'll Gain

Our summer internship program gives undergraduates the opportunity to develop their professional skills and contribute their talents and unique experiences to a growing nonprofit. Upon satisfactory completion of the program, interns will be entitled to a letter of recommendation or reference.

Exceptional interns will be invited to join our volunteer staff and/or to create their own program within our nonprofit corporation.
